Location: the hotel was really close to the River, mountains and main road, and the restaurant. The breakfast choices were satisfactory...

The location of the hotel is good, walking distance to the centre, so, not necessarily using the car. parking for cars excellent. Transport to the skilifts well organised.
Hotel staff not well organised, nervous atmosphere. They should be more client oriented from our point of view as we travel regularly and see a lot of different hotels.

The location was particularly good in an excellent area, close enough to the hill and ski storage, the main ski lift, and skiing. The place had a warm atmosphere. The room was airy and well-kept, included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar.

Mostly pleasant and accommodating employees!
Good sized unit with a bright decor. Warm drinks at downstairs bar, excellent service. Not to mention wireless Internet. Location very close to the centre of town, galzig and nassarein and the finer London restaurants.

Our room, hotel bus to the ski-lift, russian-speeking staff
Unetable salty food to enforce guests order more drinks, greedy policy of the hotel - extra charge for bathrobe, high cost of drinks - water - 5 euro

Big rooms....good food and not too far from lifts...a nice 10 min walk to the Galzigbahn...complimentary ski depot at the lift so waking is not issue as you do not have to carry your ski's. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus service every 30 min in the mornings if waling is not desired. Rooms had internet, which delivered a good connection. The hotel is spacious and well decorated. We had a good deal...3 nights all inclusive for 230 per person. Of course, this was low season pricing.
Sauna not open in mornings. Only between 16 and 19 hrs. Most people are then still enjoying the sun downer and by the time you get back to hotel dinner is waiting. So effectively, you never use the facilities. In the morning would be nice...have a quick swim, shower and warm up the muscles before skiing....The bar still support smokers...but that is not uncommon for Austria.

The restaurant food. Super breakfast and free bits to eat with the afternoon tea.
I was a little annoyed at the end that they would not allow two of the several extra meals we bought for our Grandson and his girlfriend to be offset against the two meals we missed because we arrived after the restaurant had closed. We had a big bill for the bar and these meals so it seamed a reasonable thing for them to do. The duvets were a bit too hot for us, but we always have that problem with duvets.

Food is good and I may say very good sometimes. The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel offers skis and boots storage at a sports shop next to the lifts and a free shuttle.
However the hotel is located on a main road which makes all the rooms on that side noisy. The "spa" is limited to a steam bath and a sauna, no jaccuzzi, pool, or fitness room. No real holiday atmosphere either. Junior suite decoration of very bad taste. I expected a lot better in view of the price paid for 8 nights.
